The staple TRAIN ELITE high energy fitness class. A 30-minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. A whole-body workout using your own body weight, to burn calories and improve your stamina, using a combination of athletic and dynamic movements including sprinting, lunging, push ups, squats; alongside equipment such as TRX, ropes and box work. A really motivating high impact, high intensity session.
Taking the high energy TRAIN ELITE fitness class and adding a new dimension and resistance with a mixture of heavier weights such as kettlebells. This 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout is designed to include multi-dimensional sports conditioning training to increase your overall athletic performance: strength, agility, speed and power.
Metafit is suitable for beginners through to the most advanced fitness person. Based on the HIIT principles, Metafit is a 30-minute-high intensity session, based on work/rest intervals, pushing yourself as hard as possible in the work period, with then a short rest. It works the body to its maximum, through movements it was genetically designed to do, including burpees, plyometric lunges, squat jumps, squat thrusts and more. Metafit training is used in all sorts ways and helps to work muscles and boost metabolism.
Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing and is an effective way to increase physical activity, especially strength, flexibility and balance. There is also evidence that supports regular yoga practice being beneficial for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, aches and pains – including lower back pain – depression and stress.
ELITE PUMP is a fantastic barbell workout to get you lean, toned and fit. We use light to moderate weighted bars with lots of repetition, to burn calories, and build lean and athletic muscle without bulking, shaping toning, and strengthening your entire body. Great music, great atmosphere, this is a really addictive workout that challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls.
A high energy cardio workout, using boxing as a key focus, to get that heart rate pumping and build upper body stamina. Blast and hammer the boxing bags alongside energetic, high impact and dynamic body weight exercises for a full body workout, that will leave you feeling pumped! A great way to get rid of the days stress and tension!
Stretching is one of the main pillars of fitness and is a necessary part of any training regime and why we have included this as part of our class schedule. Stretching is extremely important as a recovery after strenuous exercise, realigning tissue within the muscle and connective tendons which can become disorganised and stressed after an intense workout. Stretching helps to realign them so that they can heal properly. It also is a great way to prevent everyday aches and pains and can improve your workouts by maintaining flexibility and a range of motions, making your body work to its optimum performance.
A weights-based class designed to build strength, boost muscle tone, and improve confidence for both men and women. Using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and machines, you’ll perform powerful movements like squats, deadlifts, presses, and more.
Ladies, lifting won’t bulk you it tones, tightens, and sculpts your body beautifully. For men, it helps develop size, definition, and power.
Strength training also improves posture, bone health, metabolism, mood, and energy making it ideal for all ages and especially supportive during menopause.
This class focuses on proper technique, lifting confidence, and total-body transformation.
